**Overview**

Our refund and return policy remains valid for a duration of 30 days. Should more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the original condition in which it was received. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging.

Certain categories of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, cannot be returned. Furthermore, we do not accept returns for products of intimate or sanitary nature, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

**Sale Items**

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

**Exchanges**

**Gifts**

If the item was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. **Shipping Returns**
